Meat Or Beans?

Re-reading this post it occurred to me that meat AND beans together work well too - if you're not vegetarian.

Using beans together with ground beef can increase the fibre and decrease the fat and cost of some dishes - I've heard of people "cutting" their beef with beans in meatloaf, hamburgers, and casseroles. Mashed beans especially have a texture that fits in with ground beef.

Every little bit helps the animals, our environment, and our health. Small changes do count!
