I'm going to go vegan for the week. I'm currently in-between omnivore and vegan/raw. I slip a few times a week, which is sooooooooo much better than I used to do.
No sugar, no dairy, no whites...(no gluten, no casein)...
So, from April 2 - 9, I'm totally going vegan. With luck, I won't need to ever go back.
Who's with me?

Hopefully we'll get some more to join as well. It is important to realize that this is not about making a huge jump - not everyone will be going raw vegan with no processed food - but rather it is about proving to oneself that it is possible to make changes.
I am currently a vegetarian (ovo-lacto) and will be going vegan for a week.
Strangely, I think the hardest part will be having my coffee without cream. What about for you?
I am looking forward to this wonderful learning experience! If anyone has done this sort of experiment before, please feel free to add wisdom/encouragement/etc.
Cheers,
Jill

I'm not quite in, but I'd like to comment on your excellent blog, Jill.
I think vegetarianism is becoming more mainstream. There's at least one in every group I eat with. It has become commonplace to hear someone say they don't eat meat.
Yea, for you - setting a good example!
